By the mid-1990s guitar band Zapato 3 were looking for new sounds and a cooler image. Vampiro, from the 1995 album "Capsula para Volar", is one of my favourite songs of this late period Zapato 3. The band split in 2000, but the brothers Carlos and Alvaro Segura continue to play together in the group Solares.

It's one of my favorites too.
It was good music to listen to without paying attention. Good instrumentation, underproduced records and severely lacking vocals and lyrics. Carlos Segura doesn’t have an “instrument” to work with and the lyrics always went nowhere. A six years old would have written more coherent lyrics. I bought their first two albums and then lost interest. Soda Stereo was peaking back then, delivering everything these guys were lacking.
